About Guidemark Diplomacy

Founded in 2025 by Greg Dwyer, Guidemark Diplomacy (GMD) builds on more than 24 years of front-line U.S. Government experience in WMD nonproliferation, arms control, strategic stability, and nuclear threat reduction.

From on-site verification at North Korea’s Yongbyon Nuclear Complex to negotiating arms control measures with the Russian Federation and leading global threat reduction programs at the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration, Greg brings unparalleled expertise to bear on today’s most complex security challenges.

Greg has worked in sensitive facilities, negotiated monitoring and verification protocols with adversaries, and navigated the complex U.S. Government interagency processes that determine which technologies get funded and deployed. He understands what on-site inspectors encounter in the field, how host nations resist or enable cooperation, and which technical solutions survive contact with operational reality.

GMD bridges the gap between policy and implementation, integrating technical and strategic insights to help government, commercial, academic, and non-government clients transform goals and objectives into actionable results.
